The Oyster Bay II Community is a group of 94 residential lots located on some 48 acres off North Main St., Chincoteague Island, VA. All lots in the Community are individually owned. Homes are continuing to be constructed in the Community by the individual lot owners. The Community includes over a mile of roads within Community boundaries and includes two ponds, one of some 7.5 acres, and over 5 acres of common land area.

The Oyster Bay II Community Property Owners Association is a non-profit corporation whose members are property owners in the Oyster Bay II Community. The Association is governed by a Board of Directors who are elected annually by the members of the Association. The Board of Directors is responsible for the enforcement of the Community's Covenants and Restrictions, for the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the roads and common areas of the Community and to look after the Community's best interests. Income to maintain the Community's assets is through assessment of annual Association member dues.

Newsletters are published on a monthly basis and past issues can be found on the Newsletters Tab . There is an annual general meeting of the members and periodic board meetings and the schedule of meeting for the year can be found on the Meetings Tab . The Resources Tab contains a list of board members, committee members, bylaws and other documents relevant to Association members. The Members Tab contains material for Members and not for general public distribution. The Water and Sewer Tab contains material related to the Oyster Bay II Water and Sewer Company Inc. which is a utility servicing a portion of the properties in the community.
